I can't Sticky

When I'm posting I look at the options at the bottom of the page to make that post a sticky (or topic or whatever it's called) There's no plus sign for me to open the options! Let me simplify this: How do I make the plus sign that's supposed to be on the far right of the options appear?

I've already triple checked the link on the + and - when I edit the photos and made sure that the images aren't invisible. How do I fix this? I like my template and don't want to change it!

Agent he's talking about the + sign that opens the options menu on the bottom of a post, not the reputation plus.

Try clicking the word "Options" instead of scurrying around finding a plus sign. Sometimes on my forums it does this.

If you happen to change/mess up with the templates that relates to the posts/stickies, you need to remove your published template on it, it may fix your problem.
