Solved Trying to add something to my forum

Sorry if I am re-posting a previous question.

I am wondering if I can add a script that would add falling snow to my forum, and if so, where would I put it?

I have the script, but do not even know if this is possible to do. I am currently using a phpbb2 type forum.
