Solved Paid, entered code from Allopass, still no credits.

Hello,

Not long ago I purchased 100 credits via Allopass to remove ads for members. A week ago, after the removal period expired I wanted to remove the ads for both members and guests. However, this time I didn't recieve any credits.

The process with Allopass want OK, I got the code and entered it accordingly to the instructions. After that I got redirected to forumotion and I thought everything went well. An hour went, still no credits? Just to be sure I entered the code from Allopass once more, this time it said it was invalid. Oh, that's because I've already entered it right? Then, where is my credits?

Now, several days after the payment I made I seek answer to my question. Hello ?! I paid, where's my credits? I've stored the code for security purposes so it could be looked into further.
