Solved Using my own theme!

Hey i am very new to this and i am a complete noob i know quite alot of html and a tiny amount of CSS but i downlaoded a phpbb3 theme from http://demo.phpbb3styles.net/se_sprites and i want to use it on my forumotion because it is easier to use forumotion. Can anyone tell me how to upload the theme on my forum?

All you can do is take the images and work with CSS:
