Slow Forum

Couple of days ago, my forumotion forum has been acting slow in some parts.

I'm using mozilla firefox so when I load up my forum, on the bottom it would be stuck at "Connection to illiweb.com" for a long time, then it finishes loading.

Some other info~
When I refresh on any part of my forum (F5), it takes AGES to load, it only shows my background and my banner.
When I click on my banner or anything else that redirects to other parts of the forum, it runs smoothly.

I tried deleting cookies and dealth with anti-virus software. I doubt it's a virus of some sort. I accessed my forum on other computers, and it seems to work fine. It's just my computer + my forum together..


I'm just looking to see if there's some sort of solution I can get here, and some info on this "illiweb"
