Can't change font size of forum descriptions and font color of site description

Title is pretty self explanatory; I'm encountering two problems:

1). I can't change the font size of my forum descriptions. I tried ACP > advanced mode > Display > manage colors > Main font size. But changing it doesn't work.

2). My current site description is virtually invisible because it's almost the same color as the background, and I couldn't figure out how to change it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

ACP - Display - Colors - CSS Stylesheet:
Find a code called "body"
inside it you will find:
"font-size: XXpx;"

change the XX to what you want.

change "blue" to any color name you want
