UnLocking forum.

Hello all. I just made my forum today and set everything up and then I realized that the forum is locked and nobody can create problems. So I visited this website and went to the FAQ and sure enough their was a topic for unlocking your forum. I followed the instructions and it's still locked. Can anyone help me here?

So the issue is that no one can registers the forum? I'm just puzzled that i didn't saw any navigation bars to navigate/register around the forum.

yeah thats the problem. if you click the link it takes you to the site but thats not the way it normally looks. if you click on the top banner it sends you to how its supposed to look. but if you scroll to the bottom it says forum is locked and there is no way to register new accounts

What I see at the bottom, or footer, of your forum is just the normal icon descriptions of New posts, No new posts & Forum is locked. This doesn't really mean your forum is locked.

What I don't see, though, is any way for new members to register.

from what I can tell, I don't think your forum is locked.

I think it's because you don't have a navigation bar that people can't register. (it's kinda a shot in the dark, but possibly worth a shot cause people cant register without a place to click register)

try going to
admin panel > Users & Groups > Users Options
and making sure the "Allow new members :" selection is marked yes, if not click it and hit save, and that should fix your problem

Install a new skin since on the current skin the navigation buttons are not visible.
