Facbook Page Help

Hi guys!
I need some help with setting up Facebook page on my forum.
I have a fan page on Facebook and I need to integrate it into each post that comes into play for each post.

I tried everything that been told here for Facbeook integration and stuff but no help!
Please help me generate a code and how I can integrate and where I need to put the codes.
