Password Protected Login Empty Password Protected Login

Good evening everyone,
I eventually would like to purchase a domain and use this forum for business.
Is there a way I could create a login for my customers to get access to my forum after they pay? Is this allowed?
I would like each customer to have their own sign-in username and password..
