How do i curve the edges of my forum page

I have seen skins with nice soft edges around their forum.
I am ok with my background its the face where all the writign and info goes, it is a harsh edged rectangle.

Like this white page here..
HOw do i soften those corners.. Is there a code i need to do this or do i have use an image?
Can someone point me in the rright direction?
