Usable Forumotion Email System

Hello! I just registered today on Forumotion after having been an admin on a forumotion-hosted forum for abound a year. I tried registering multiple times, only to get the same "This email is assigned to another member" message every time. I checked my gmail account and could not find a previous registration by myself on forumotion. I finally managed to use another email to register; however, it would be much more convenient if there were a more feasible means of contact.
