TimeZone Clock Empty TimeZone Clock

I've been trying to get a Time Zone clock...Just a line of digital clocks to tell members what the time is in different state's....Tried Time Zone Clock 3.9.2 but can't get it too work as its for joomla.
wanting to put it in either a scrolling widget or announcement bar.

Has anyone got any ideas to send me in the right direction.
