Administrative Panel Access

I cannot access any functionality when I log in as administrator. (can't edit and post). An hour ago I could open the Administration panel from the Administrator Button, (I changed the security setting to what was suggeseted here) but now I cannot. When I go to the forums and not logged in everything appears normal in terms of layout. When I go in as administrator the only way I can access the forums is to click on a weirdly located and sized forum topic link (the layout of the front page is totally messed up). I have tried this on two different computers. Several pages have code stuff displayed in odd places as well. Normal members are experiencing no problems. I am not the founder, but I am the only active administrator and with full access rights.

I am haveing same problem. I was just in there and can not get back in. Webpage don't show posts unless your logged out.
