Banning IPs

Hi we have a problem with someone coming back on to our forum using a different name after they have already been banned
can I ban their IP number or is it true that IPs are rolling and so you use a different one ever time?

What can be done to stop this person from using yet another internet based email address and rejoining it takes minutes to get an email addy from various places

Any advice how to ban this person and keep them banned

You just need to get their IP and then Admin panel> User & Group > Ban control> Enter their IP is. ^^

The problem is this person has posted with more than one ip address ?????

Unfortunately this person seems to be on a dyamic ip address, there is only one option and that is to report him to his isp.
When you check his ip there is usually a report abuse address.
