Credit Problem

Every month we bought the extra credits and add 500mb to our forum - this was just done on the 30th but it is not showing on our account. In the past the credits were always applied immediately but now I see this


So is this telling me now that the credits that I purchased and spent are not actually valid for one month????

We are in Christmas date, maybe now is added later, but dont worry, if you`ve paid for that space, you will have it...

But, as I said, maybe the addition is more slowly than in normal dates, because of the Christmas date, and techs have much more work than in other dates.

If it doesn't show up in a couple of days I would contact Typlo and see what up.
