Error submitting widget / html page

For the last 5 days when I submit changes to portal widgets and html pages I get an error:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://commonsense.forum.st/admin/index.forum?

The following error was encountered:

* Zero Sized Reply

Squid did not receive any data for this request.
Generated Tue, 04 Jan 2011 23:19:28 GMT by pcl-iwfcache02.plus.net (squid)

Indeed this is an odd error by Squid.....

Could we get a screenshot of this please?

Thank you for your help, the fault seems to have corrected itself now, and I have successfully updated my widget. There seems no point posting a screendump, however my original post is a copy/paste of the error I was getting.
