Hello...

I wanna place logo on my forum with multiple link on it.
I know where to find code for that in punBB forum template ,
but , on phpBB2 I can't find this code :

Is there some other code ? Or its not possible on phpBB2 ?

If you dont underestand me , I wanna to make this kind of logo :
