Profilesettings aren't functioning

Hi!
I can't do any changes in the profiles. Is there a way for me to solve that problem? We have tried to write in signature and localization but nothing happens. Yes I have clicked on register
On localization it sais I have to write on all sections. But I do not want to change the password.
Gratefull for all the help I can get.

Hi, about 'Localization': check if you have "Remember password" (in the browser), if so, then look that is not anything writing in the password field, if there is anything, delete it and try again (the password fields must be empty). about the signature, go to 'Preferences' tab and check 'Yes' the option 'Always attach my signature', from now on, new messages appear with the signature attached. greetings
