How to install a mod?

Dear Forumotion

I'm running a forum for my wow-guild and are currently trying to get a wow roster added instead of members section so people can see who is in the guild instead of who registered on forum.
In my search I found this wow-roster for PhPBB 3.0.x located here

Now when I am trying to read up on how to get this installed all the "How to" posts, videos etc refers to the files I need to edit etc...

Now I have tried reading up on this so much and tried to find posts here about "how to install a phpbb" mod but everywhere I find something that start to look interesting it's a dead end.
Now I have started to get grey hair and my eyes feels by they're being pinced by thousands of spears after reading this much so therefor I now turn to you, Forumotion, to ask for your help on how to do this or if there is any other way to add a wow roster?

Do anyone know if it's possible to make it as html then?

I've seen it's possible to add your own html site links so was wondering if anyone know if it's possible to do a html roster code and add instead and if anyone have such one?
