Solved No avatar or signature?

I don't know where to find the option that allows the members to add an avatar, when I checked there was no button for it in the profile.

I selected to allow signatures, but again there is no button for it in the profile.It just never appeared...

Help?

OHH... NVM everyone. I read someone else who had the same problem...

There is a little bar that appears above the profile when you hit edit profile, and one of those optons is singature, one is avatar. Can someone lock this?
