Make Group-Specific Topics/Categories?

I know that you can make certain topics, posts, and categories only be seen by members in certain groups that are based on post count, but is there a way to make these topics, posts, and categories only be available to certain groups not based on post count or heirarchy?

For example, if I my forum was divided into two teams (let's call them Red Team and Blue Team), I might want only Red Team to see "Red Team Strategies" section and only want Blue Team to see "Blue Team Secret Plans" section. This is only an example, but does anyone understand what I'm wondering about?

Make a group and put people who are blue team in one and the red in the other. Then set the permissions up in the categories and forum.
