Html Problem

I have been using html to allow some of my users to play embedded games on my site.

I went into messages and emails and then configuration. I then enabled html for my users, but one of my members recently complained, saying that all he saw was a box of code. This is strange because my other members can see it perfectly.

Is this a problem with his account, or what?

The user may have disabled HTML in posts, just get him to hit the "profile" button in the nav bar, then choose preferences, then "Enable HTML = Yes" & save.
