Admin Panel keeps resetting! (Again!)

I know I said the issue was SOLVED, and I thought it was, but the page is still resetting. It worked very briefly but the problem persists.

I tried clearing cookies and caches, and each individually.

I tried 3 different PC's as well as Firefox, IE and Safari (all on the same internet line).

I've had to resort to doing basic admin stuff from my iPhone using 3G.

Try clearing you cache first then please try re-installing your browsers and see if it works.
