Re: Ilegal forum?
Deepdark19, the answer you have given is 100% false on many levels.
The sharing of movies, music, software or anything is considered illegal. If you use P2P or Torrets or Warez cracks, you are breaking the law. If you make a Forumotion forum, and you have this content on it, you WILL be banned.

They can shut your forum down without any warning if they see something illegal on your forum.

It takes time. People that come across a forum that are doing these types of things, people can use the Litigation tool and report your forum.
Re: Ilegal forum?
They aren't been reported yet that's why, The pro staff won't bother to look at all forums to see if they break the TOS because it will take a lot of time and they will need to do it everyday which is impossible, that's why we have a report system to the forums that break the TOS so members can help too in reporting forums.vi3tdrgn wrote:why other pp create forum and websites to share free movies,

This would all depend on exactly what is being shared, how much if the forums creation was intentionally designed for this etc.
What it comes down to is the decision of forumotion litigation's or onlineguardian, in some rare cases they may juts give you a warning and tell you to remove content.. but over 90% of the time the forum will just be shut down.
File sharing is allowed you just cant share anything that may be copyrighted, illegal or breaks any TOS.

It depends.. if it's on a forum free forum host it's only a matter of time befor someone reports it and it goes by by.To where if you have a site/forum on your own server, server host and is a paid site. Then things can sometimes be a little more difficult and take a little longer to get shut down. But then if you are the owner of a site like this.. you your self can be subjected to penalties, fines or even jail.
