Mini Icons, all in one, help!

heres the deal, if it is possible to do this

first image is how icon looks when i have my posts in that topic
and when not

in second image see when i have message in topic, theres a special image(little blue thing)
so theres like 2 icons...

on another forum
theres only 1 icon ..........

go through your list and see if there are a couple of them or perhaps replace the ones you want.

Admin panel>display>pic's management>advanced mode>mini icons

Then look how it looks!

i don't know what you mean?
for what ever images you want you will have to change them in pic's management.. other then that i am not sure how to explain or if i even understand completely?
I think what you are asking is just set up different on the other forum example.. it could be he skin,version or a different host your example is on.

i mean your talking about a silly mini icon.. so i would just change what ever you want in pic's management and go with that.. if it's something your forum is not set up for on how and where you want it to appear then it most likely can not be done unless you have some sort of css code or can do it by template edit.

if you can please post the link to your forum and the forum you are using the example form.
Also what ever versions and skin you are using
