Falling hearts script for Valentine's Day!

Hi!
Many of us loved falling snow for Christmas, why not to ad falling lovehearts for Valentine's Day.

But can somebody please help to make short code to add in forum description.
I tried to upload js file in different places but could not get directlink.

There is script:

I love these bumping hearts.

Or at least can somebody tell me where to upload .js file.

PS! Also had problem with members not seeing it.

Why don't you add it to the announcement feature and make it none move-able.

I can't do it.
Members can't make announcments.

I'm not talking about making a topic and putting it as announcement and posting the code in there.

The announcement feature under messages & email in the admin panel.

Also you will need to click view announcements on all pages.

It works well on page description line, but I need shorter code like this:
