Problem with user groups

For some time I am tormented with groups doing everything correctly, but as I create them do not want to appear in legend only Administrators and Moderators sit. And the other created by me, just do not show ...
What to do?

Hi,

When creating groups, if you set their status to "Hidden" they won't show, as opposed to setting them as "open" and "Closed" which will allow them to show.
Setting it to "Open" will allow members to request to join, but must be confirmed by an admin, or group leader.
Closed means, that, the group leader or an admin will have to add members in, they cannot request to be in that group.

this picture shows that the group is not hidden, it is just closed, as such all the picture settings are confirmed

But when confirm again the third group is not visible, see only 2 they have received along with making forum
