View Posts since last visit says no messages

Hello

One user has said that randomly her view posts since last visit comes up as no messages, even though there are in fact messages that should appear. It will work, then it wont etc

Is there any checks/changes she can do on her laptop to cure it? As its just her I think it must be her machine causing it?

clearing cache memory or (and) asking the admin to resinc the forum should fix the probl.

Thanks have done both, so hopefully that will fix it

Is it a a case that most glitches can be fixed by doing that?
