IP Address Banning

Is there a way to ban someone on there ip address. So that they cant make a new account? So they're banned altogether?

This is entirely possible. All you need is the offending member's IP and then you'll need to head to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Ban Control (on the left, under Users)
4. Click on Ban an IP address mini-tab
5. Add the respective IP
