Ok lets see if I can explain this a little better.

Is there a way to use a bit of coding in the post title so that when members come in it shows their username.

For example the topic title is Hello .....

Where the dots are Joe blogs sees Hello Joe Blogs and Aunt Fanny sees Hello Aunt Fanny etc.

I hope I explained this clear enough Embarassed

You could try
Code:
Using php in posts is called being a smart ass... Stop it
By the way some wise ass has put this in as a PHP
expression in the word filter here...Wise up!!! ...BTW these brackets {} are CSS code brackets BBcode brackets
are [] and HTML brackets are <> . answer is put USERNAME between {} brackets Smile

Thank you that doesn't seem to work either.

I am trying to get this working in the title of the thread ie...

Welcome to our group { USERLINK }

It seems to work fine in the body of the text but not the title.
