help needed re new reply boxes vanishing

my members and i were overwhelmed and overjoyed with the new look to our reply boxes and the extra additions there were for us. i have now logged on and it has gone back to the way it was before. we very much liked the idea of youtube video uploading, it wouldve been a great thing for our site.

can i please ask where has it gone? and can we have it back
