Beginer here, needs help with using own domain name
I'm learning this as I go. I would like to use my own domain name for this forum. The domain is parked right now, blank and I have no "host". Do I need to go pay for "hosting" or can I just have it point to the forum? I got really confused by the CNAME thingy. Can some one tell me what to do in plain english. Any help will be great. Thanks

PM Typlo for domain related issues. No, you don't need hosting. Because forumotion hosts your forum.
