Neither I nor any of our members can figure out how to leave Visiter Messages

When you click on a username, there is a option to leave visitor messages.

I can't find the button to click post reply or if thats what its even called. I'm rrying to post a Visitor Message. I cant find the button to start typing.

choatepn, Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font

I had to make a new one... We didnt even have one. Thats why none of us could find out how.
