How can I have Confirmation code , in registeration form(page)?

Go to ACP > Users & Groups > Users Options > New Accounts Activation > Choose : Automatic Activation

By Saving this setting New Users must have to enter Confirmation Code to be a member of your Forum.

For example:
2+2=?

I think you can't. Or you can if you use some javascripting and template management, but that will take lot of efforts.
