If there is copyrighted music on my forum what will happen?

Basically the description tells everything. If my forum has a section for songs and videos and a user posts a copyrighted song/video, will my forum be held liable or the service provider E.G Youtube? I just want to know so I can prevent this from happening! Thank you in advance! If you need any more info please ask.

Yes you might be given time to remove all that content. But, since you are doing it purposefully. Your forum can be taken out.

Why to wait for a warning from Forumotion to get so much content out? Instead just avoid posting it.
