Just wonderin how does a member change their user name

Hello tjturner,

To allow your members to change their usernames, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Users options (on the left, under Users)
4. Scroll down and select "Allow users to change their username : Yes"

i am having trouble with a user that wants the name Josey Wales and it says the name is taken but when i go in under the admin panel it is not there.
