Mark forum read, top posters etc.. How do I move the links?

Hey guy's

I would like to know how I can move the links in yellow (Top 20 posts, read all forum, view posts last read etc) and the date in the image below and put them into a new box or into the "Who is online" box. Just I think it looks messy and would look much better in a box.



Can anyone help?

Nope, all what happens is this, this box goes to the top of the page, and doesn't stay at the bottom.. LOL
