How to create an htaccess file to block a country?

I want to create an htaccess file to block a country. I really needed it. I just found this:

But, I don't know how can I do this? Please help me.

you have to have a host of your own like 000web to edit things like this forummotion only lets you do so much. ask typlo though he might be able to upload the file for you.
