Domain name ia already taken

I was running a forum namely www.global-kishtwar.com now its domain name is expired , i requested Mr.Typlo to delete it instead of renewal, now in admin panel my default forum name is www.global-kishtwar.withme.us , now my question is when i go to any webhosting service and look for the same domain www.global-kishtwar.com, it shows this domain is already taken if it is already deleted then where it is in use

I need to know now the domain name is neither for renewal nor for deletion , whereas it is already deleted then why it is happening, where it is in use, I request Mr.Typlo Please and Please if it is not deleted Please delete it ..

Its take some time for it to be back on the market. I think its 45 days after.
