Other Users' Registration Issue

Hello everyone. I am having a problem with other people registering for my forumotion site. Someone registered, but at the end, it gave him a message "Administrators have forbidden any new members." What's wrong here?

Hi there mate


To fix this problem go in to your ACP and then go to
>> General >>
>> Forum Configuration>>
Forum in construction : NO
Forum on holiday : NO
Then save.

Then go to
>> Users & Groups>>
>>Users options>>
scroll down the page and look for
Allow new members : mark as YES


Save then that should do the trick
