Hello sravanlokesh,

Have you got attachments enabled? Check by going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Attachments (on the left, under Messages and e-mails)
4. Select "Allow attachments : Yes" and also configure any other necessary options
