How to change the founder of the Forum

I am wondering is there a way to change the founder of the forum: http://team-img.forumotion.net/ i am the admin of the forum but i want to change the adress of the forum etc.
, Founder is absent for over a year. So is there any way to do that?

There are certain requirements in which your forum must satisfy in order for the process to continue.
