How will donations collected by forumotion.com on behalf of forum owners be released or given back to the forum owners, in case the respective owners have not yet set up their own payment gateways?

How donations work is, basically, someone gives Forumotion money, then Forumotion gives you credits that can be used to buy domains, storage space, etc.

The less dumbed down way is someone donates to the forum via Paypal or Allopass(cell phone), and the money is transformed by a magical unicorn named Typlo into currency called 'Credits.'

So, to answer your question, donations are non-refundable.
