is there a way i can check my users pm?

i run a gaming clan and i would like to know if i can check there pm's

Hi, this is not possible I'm afraid. Private messages are, hence the name, meant to be private and cannot be read by anyone else except by the members in question.

Ethically it is very wrong to even read someone's PM's.

Ethically, you are correct. But how can I determine if a user has been spamming via pm, if other members dont tell me about it?

Cant I even check how many pms each user has sent?

You can check that in the user's profile I believe.

Look under stats and see how many they sent. By law you can't read them. If the user shows you the PM its allowed.
