Way to restore pruned threads?
Hi. I just recently noticed my forum has had auto pruning on for a long time, and all of our topics older than 30 days are gone.
I'm wondering if there's any way to restore those topics? It'd be great to go back and take a look at them. A forum without a history just isn't a good forum.
Thanks.

Hello,
If you have your auto pruning enabled, then it'll be sent to your 'Basket' forum, all pruned threads go there.

Re: Way to restore pruned threads?
For some reason we had "Pruning in the basket" set to no.

The basket may not have any pruning specifically, but if there are any other forums which have the pruning option enabled then all topics from that forum will be moved to the basket.

Nope, we don't have basket at all.

Re: Way to restore pruned threads?
You could do. Please check by going to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Forum)
4. What do you see in the field "Basket" ?

Yep that's where I checked. It just said "Select a forum".

» Lost some important threads n cant restore them
» Your Desktop (since the other seems pruned)
» Members getting auto pruned
» partial restoration or view the back up file
» The members of my forum can't reply to the threads and can't post new threads from about 2 days
