Some display setting req

Hi,

I want to do some setting in forum that once any user of my forum then their personal data need to be show in horizental line... below is a picture for your ref.. i want to do exactly as in below picture.

In this picture you can see that one side there shows the user id/name with identical picture and straight away/front of this there shows user join date/no of posting etc.

I want to apply this on my forum, that once we open any posting of any user then at the top of the page need to show information in this way..

How can i do this??
