MY FORUM WAS COPYIED.PLEASE HELP ME.!!!!

Hello.
I have one big problem with my forum. ME and my friend created a forum about a book "House of night".

I am from lithuania, so it is made in lithuanian. But, one member of our forum, copied all the topics and everything we were creating for so long. I feel very bad, becouse it is Copyright infringment. I reported like hundred abuses on that forum but the admins didin't took a notice. Here is the copied forum adress .:

Please admins. Delete this forum, becouse it is Copyright infringment. If you dont believe me i bet you can see then the forum is created and our forum is much "older" than that forum is. Please help me ((

It is not copyright infringement if two forums have the same categories/forums.

I would also like to add that the litigation tool is only used when there is content on a forum that disrespects Forumotion's TOS.
