How does the Litigation system really work?
Well it seems to be that there are some doubts and confusions over the litigation system, and I have to admit that I am a bit confused as well. I just sent out a litigation to a forum who was stealing the design of Ego-One. When I was browsing the forums here looking for the litigation link, most moderators and members were explaining that after you sent out the litigation, forumotion's litigation team would review your request and then, if determined necessary, take action on the forum. However, the way I had always thought it worked was that the litigation was automatically sent out to the forum, and they had a certain time frame to reply and attempt to negate the request before their forum was deleted.
Does someone know for sure how it works??

Magic.
That's pretty much basically how it works as far as I know. Honestly why do you care? It works.

This is a question, so why in the GD??
Moved to other problems.
So here is how it works once you send a litigation its reviewed. If deemed necessary they delete the forum directly. Suppose a forum is based on the theme movie downloads, That clearly shows what the intention of the forum is. Hence, its directly deleted. But if there is a forum which is a general discussion forum but has porn images/videos posted in a few threads more like someone has spammed it. Then its obvious that its not in line with the forum's theme of content. Hence, the forum is given time that time to rectify the fault. So thats how it works
