Forgotten Domain Name

A while back I made a forum under my main email. However, I never used the forum, and as a result, I have forgotten the domain name. I want to make a new forum using this email, however, since each email can only have a single forum, I must delete my old forum to do this. How do I go about deleting the old forum?
