Google Adsense Violation Empty Google Adsense Violation

Post by Graser8 May 5th 2011, 9:40 pm

The website http://cpbroadcast.com has put my Google Adsense Advertisements on to their own website without my permission. I've recently received an email from Google stating that this website is violating my advertisements aswell. I've now blocked all websites from adserving except for my own, but I do however want these advertisements taken down.

The exact email that was sent from Google:

Hello,
During a recent review of your account we found that you are currently displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our program policies (https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&stc=aspe-1pp-en).
--------------------------------------------------
EXAMPLE PAGE: http://cpbroadcast.com/
Please note that this URL is an example and that the same violations may exist on other pages of this website or other sites in your network.
VIOLATION(S) FOUND:
ENCOURAGING CLICKS: Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads or bring excessive attention to ad units. For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click the ads," "support our sponsors," "visit these recommended links," or other similar language that could refer to the Google ads on your site. More information about this policy can be found in our help center (https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=115985).
REQUESTED ACTION: Please make all necessary changes in the next 72 hours.
If the violations are corrected within the aforementioned time period, ad serving will not be affected. If changes are not made and/or other policy violations are encountered during the review process, ad serving will be disabled to your site.
ACCOUNT STATUS: ACTIVE
Your AdSense account remains active. However, if we continue to find problems, we may disable your entire account. Therefore, we suggest that you take the time to review the rest of your network to ensure that all of your other pages are in compliance with our policies.
Issue ID# 2078200
--------------------------------------------------
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team

Google Adsense Violation Empty Re: Google Adsense Violation

Ad's are placed by Forumotion because they have a contract with Google. I'm not sure what you are trying to get at. You really don't need two topics about the same problem, so please avoid doing it.

Google Adsense Violation Empty Re: Google Adsense Violation

Post by Graser8 May 5th 2011, 9:59 pm

Hi MrMario:

I am here contacting you because firstly, you don't have an official email to report such fraud, and secondly, http://cpbroadcast.com/ -- A FORUM HOSTED BY FORUMOTION -- is violating Google'S TOS.

http://cpbroadcast.com/ has purposely posted my advertisements on his website, http://cpbroadcast.com/.

Example: Look on the sidebar where it says to CLICK ADS.

I have recieved a notice from Google stating that the changes must be made. I DO NOT OWN THIS WEBSITE.

This serves as an official notification. Should I have my account disabled because you do not take action -- i.e. remove my advertisements from this website -- you can bet that I will pursue this matter to the best of my abilities by going down to the local court to file a suit against Forumotion.

There is no need to threaten me with the law. I can't do anything about this matter. Please contact Typlo or fill this report https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/ about the issue. Continue to complain in public here isn't helping.

I have filed the litigation regarding this matter. Due to the fact that I only have a 72 hour time frame, I recommend that you get back to it as soon as possible.

I'm curious however: how do I contact Typlo?

Thank you,

well i suggest you get a hold of Google and ask them what the heck they are talking about?

Why would someone else want to put your adds from on their site, if it's your account then you are the one making the money from it,
And to my understanding you can have your adds on more then one site, you just cant have the same ad code twice on the same page.

So you need to ask Google what they are saying before you go jumping to conclusions with any potential violation or laws being broken with us here,
You should explain to Google what you explained here, feel free to give them the link to this thread as well. i mean we have noting to do with Google so how are we supposed to know whats what.

And you should also contact club penguin and let them know whats going on, because if they are in violation then they will be shut down, and they have been there for a long time so i am sure they do not want to lose their forum.

Other then that you can try to pm typlo.
or report the whole thing to forumotion litigation.

i dont understand?
What that got to do with it?

I never knew having something saying (click ad's) was a violation on Googles part,
i seen people do that for years, stupid?, goggle dont want to pay no one they just want the ad's so they can make all the money... lol

I am still wondering why someone would even want to put someones else adsense ads on their site? it makes no sense. unless they are hacking into it so they are getting paid from your ads? then thats a big NO NO and they can forget about the site being shut down, they'll land their buts in jail for something like that
